Summary of EGF AGM 30/07/04

1.  Azerbaijan, Bulgaria and Cyprus are observers accepted from start 2005
    as members provided validation is completed.
2.  Accounts accepted with request of more explanation next year.
3.  Current executive re-elected with Jan van Rongen as Secretary.
4.  Support of Franco Pratesi go histories agreed.
5.  Agreed to cover 2500 of the overspend at EYGC 2004.
6.  All Commissions are to be reformed.
7.  2007 Congress remains in Villach, Austria.
8.  2008 Congress in Sweden.
9.  Tournament Commission to consider length of congress and format of
    European Tour for 2006-2007.
10. European Cup and Masters systems agreed.
11. Team Championship 2005 in St Petersburg, Russia.
12. EYGC 2005 in Kosice, Slovakia.
13. Ladies 2005 in Leipzig, Germany.
14. Ing Memorial 2006 in Sinaia, Romania.
15. Pairs 2006 in either Germany, Finland or France.
16. Poland to provide 2005 WAGC Captain.
17. Harry van der Krogt to be Captain at 2004 World Pairs.
18. Czech system for EYGC funding adopted.
19. IGF Fees change proposal adopted.
20. UK Rating Proposal rejected.
21. Italian motion on legal advice rejected.
