European Youth Team Championship Proposal (from Ireland)

In order to encourage the development of youth players, 
the EGF should resolve to create a Youth Team Championship. 
Such a championship could run with the same ruleset already 
in place for the adult version, and use the same website. 
The EGF's executive would be free to choose the fine details: 
the server to play on, the size of teams, the maximum age allowed, 
and the number of leagues, etc.
