after 3 days of fighting...Stanislaw Frejlak wins the Grand Prix Final.

In the first round Jonas Welticke 6d was able to keep his winning streak against the professional players by beating Ali Jabarin 2p, thus setting a good step in the direction for a place in the quarter finals of this tournament.

Another upset in the first round was Lucas Neirynck 6d beating Stanislaw Frejlak 1p.

On the first day a highlight was a big group of children and a local television channel visiting the playing site. Some of the players volenteered in playing with the children and were asked many questions.

While Lukáš Podpěra 7d and Davide Bernardis 5d were fighting for the 3 place

Lucas Neirynck 6d and Stanislaw Frejlak 1p played a rematch of the first round for the crown of the Grand Prix Final.

Stanislaw was able to win the final against Lucas thus getting revange for the loss in the first round and winning the tournament.
