Top European youth players and top European active players are invited to study at the prestigious Ge Yuhong Academy (Quzhou, Zhejiang province) between October 2025 and January 2026.

Criteria:

• Any 6d+ player ( 2550+ highest rating in July-September 2025), whose goal is becoming professional player

• Top 3 players from EYGC 2025 in each age category (2 male players and 1 female player)

• If there are any seats left after the players are chosen by the above criteria, then players who qualified for the Quzhou Lanke Cup International Friendly Children Amateur Weiqi Invitational Tournament (22-27 October), will be considered.

Deadline for application: September 22nd, 8pm CEST
Decision will be made by the end of September.

Length of study is the student's choice, within the period from October 2025 to January 2026. (please write your wish clearly in the application)

Student's accommodation at the dormitory, food at the school canteen, and the tuition are covered by the school.
Flight tickets and other travel related costs are not covered.

Other players are welcome at the academy at their own cost during this period and shall contact us through the application form (for example, combining with KPMC or Quzhou tournament, Silk Road event...).
One month of tuition (including accommodation, food) is around 1500€.
