From May 31st to June 7th, four European professional players attended the Chinese League C in Hangzhou. Mateusz Surma 3p, Andrii Kravets 1p, Stanisław Frejlak 1p and Tanguy Le Calvé 1p fought in the seven-round tournament.

The 52nd Prague Tournament held on 26-28 April attracted 169 go players from 26 countries and confirmed its position among 2 or 3 greatest European tournaments. The top group consisting of 20 players was probably stronger than the European Championship, not all 6 dans managed to get in. After 6 rounds of tough fighting, Kim Dohyup won the tournament with a perfect score.
