Pairings, Games and Results
The Grand Prix Finale works in two stages:
- First, a Group Stage: players, of course, arrive timely to the tournament venue and attend the opening ceremony 😄. Then, if nobody is missing, they are seeded in 4 groups: Depending on the number of Bonus Points they won in the tournaments of the Grand Prix Circuit 2025, they join "pots" from which one player will join a Group each time.
- At the end of this Group stage, the two best of each group join the quarterfinals. If there are even results, tie-breaks are played.
- The Final Stage is a classical bracket from quarterfinals, with losers playing for the 5th to 8th places.
Group stage
The pots are composed based on Bonus Points won / EGD GoR. One player per pot joins each Group.
Due to the difficulties caused by weather forecast and thus last minute cancellations, the pots were updated on 7.01.
